07:53 pm: for 20 minutes of my life today, i shook uncontrollably as i sacrificed the warm, dry summer air to get wet and swim with Lauren (the little tomboy i babysit) in her absolutely freezing cold pool. she gave me the sad puppy dog face and begged me to play with her in the water! how could i say no?!

ever since last thursday, i've been sleeping on the couch. the reason for that is because my sister and her husband had alllll of their things taken by the moving truck, including their bed! so i let them have mine because my sister, Kate, has um this thing where she has morning sickness and cravings and moodswings and is tired all the time...and the reward for all that hardship will come in about 8 months from now. if you can't figure it out yet, just ask me and i'll tell you what she has:) but ANYway, sleeping on the couch is not the best because #1. It is narrow, and #2. I wake up at early morning hours because I'm smack dab in the middle of my parents when they walk around downstairs and talk to eachother, on the phone, etc...*sighh*


hmm...i'm waiting for david to call me back. i wonder if he's coming over tonight to watch a movie. i sure hope so. hmm...

01:24 pm: Wow, I definately don't keep up with this anymore!


So I just got back from a camping trip with David and his family. So so fun. SOOOO fun.:) We went to "Alive" in Ohio where a whole bunch of Christian artists play...my favorites being Blindside, Family Force 5, Switchfoot, Relient K, Thousand Foot Krutch, TOBY MAC, Third Day, ohh and there's more. Toby Mac signed my shirt, baby. David and his brother's moshed in all the hardcore screaming bands and David got kicked out of a few. Crazy security guards! Yeah so, I'm not much for camping 5 days straight...I start to feel pretty darn dirty by the last day! David's mom and I drove out of the campsight to one of her friend's house just to take a hot shower! haha, we were the *ONLY* girls on the trip along with, uh let me count..1, 2, 3, 4, 5, SIX boys on the trip! I'm so glad I grew up with a brother because I'm already used to how gross boys can be some times. Ahh, but it was still fun, and EXTREMELY HOT!!


It is 95 today, and I'm so going over David's to swim. SEE YA!

i am no longer in highschool, thank the Lord.

i absolutely despise plane rides, but i most absolutely adore NEW YORK CITY! never would i live there, but i could handle visiting. us fraser singers went to compete for the *GOLD* at this crazy competition, and we ended up winning EvErY SiNgLe TrOpHiE and PlAqUe for our category!!! - 3 trophies, 2 plaques - I swear, this trip was one of the best trips/experiences for me...here's some of the exciting things I did:

*bargained for legal/illegal accessories in China Town
*took the subway
*ate at "The Stardust" where waiters sing beautifully to you:)
*spent $3 for an "I <3 NY" shirt and $5 for a watch off the streets
*rehearsed for our show outside in a courtyard with plenty of strangers watching
*walked through TimesSquare at night
*sang at the biggest, gothic church in the U.S. and maybe world: St. John's Cathedral
*talked and got pictures with the one, the only...FLAVA-FLAVE! (he stayed at our hotel!)

10:17 pm: guess what? david is too cute for words, so i can't even type anything about him. it wouldn't do justice:)



i had so much fun with mah best friend JU today! we had an awesome church service, amazing prayer time, and then we decided to eat-'n-chat at -my favorite place ever- Panera Bread. us julie's are gonna record music sometime in the near future...can you believe it? good ol' sean doom has a freaking recording studio in his basement! beautiful, just beautiful.

last night, mrs. regan (david's mom) re-pierced my ears!! the right one just went right through, but the stupid lil' trouble maker on the left had to be numbed first. i have to have them pierced for NEW YORK that's coming up this week since all the girls have to wear the same earings.



hey! my other best friend called me on friday! aw, dear dear Jaime...i miss you!!


so....i went and saw "The Interpreter" on opening night (friday). Pretty good...I didn't dislike it, yet I wasn't in love. It *did* get really intense at times though...i liked that.

02:14 pm: Rainy and cold...eh, that's michigan-april for ya. I want tuesday's weather back!!

Has it really been so long since my last update that i have yet to talk about Cabaret and Acada-ME-Awards? last friday and saturday i was at the school from 5:30 - 10:30 entertaining 20 million people! i'd have to say it went well though...besides the monster makeup that i had to have on for the stage.

Acada-ME-awards were Monday night. lol how random, they choose a Monday. every one got all dressed up and it was so sweet, they had a red carpet and all that. Soo, i knew i was nominated for an award....and...i ended up winning! :D shocked the heck outta me, i was so happy! right after i walked off stage, i ran BACKstage and got changed into my lil' dance outfit. Yes, my friend Angelo and I were one of the four acts in between all the awards, and i had SO much fun!!! We did the "cha-cha" to J.Lo's song "Let's Get Loud"....ahh, good times...

If i leave my room messy for one more night, I'm going to go insane!

UGH, i have this stupid stupid astronomy powerpoint that i have to do on Mars....due next week. Psh, yeah right, whatever.

10:23 pm: Soooo, I'm really really tired, but I'm going to update anyway!

Double dates are so fun...David and I went out with a couple from my church on Saturday and we had the best time! Jeana and Dave are 2 of my good friends, so we all got along well. Every one of us is quite indecisive though so we spent 20 million hours in Blockbuster picking out a movie. The result : 10 Things I Hate About You. Yes, it tends to lean towards chick flick, but I think the boys enjoyed it too:)

My life is coming to an end this year so quickly!!! I don't mean that in a bad way, just that everything that I was looking forward to in the beginning of the year is, well, it's here or coming up in a matter of weeks/days. Cabaret this week. Next week is the Olsen's Benefit Concert. Next next week is NEW YORK, NEW YORK. Next next next week is PROM. Next next next next week is KATHARINE ELIZABETH MURRAY'S WEDDING!!!! 2 1/2 weeks after that I freaking graduate from highschool!

Room to breath? Nope, none.


We had a lockdown in school today. A man in Fraser around 14 mi and Garfield (wearing green overalls so they say) got stabbed. Holy cow!:/

Fort Lauderdale was the vacation of a lifetime with some of my favorite people ever! Just ask me about it:)


so, 70 somethin degrees, eh? heck, i'll take it!! i drove around today after school, and on the way home, I went to Dairy Queen and got mah-self a lil' Cherry misty and a dilly bar for my mommy. Mmm, the foods of summer...

08:14 pm: Wow, so I was sitting in the kitchen like 2 minutes ago, and I needed to ask Kate a question. Well, I'm freaking tired and she was all the way upstairs in her room...sooo I called her on her cell from the home phone. lol We actually had like, a 5 minute conversation! She told me she rented "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" or something like that...I watched about 3/4's of it one time, so I'm quite excited to finish it:)

Julie's hair color = darkish brown w/ thin light brown hilites. It happened today!! I spent 2 1/2 hours at my salon (*ahem* SALON REACTION, SOUTH OF 14 MI, WEST SIDE OF UTICA ROAD *ahem*) and I also got a trim. Sam cut a little more off than I wanted, but it had to be done, hence my super split ends:/ Ohhh well, my hair is healthy now:D I'll put up a pic of it sometime...maybe...

The "Family Pet Store" was full of adorable, let me repeat, *adorable* puppies yesterday! David and I took one out and held it for a little bit...SO cute. We liked 'em until we knew they cost a few hundred bucks. That's so lame when you can go to a rescue place where they sell them for under $100! AND they're poor lil' stray dogs who look all sad and pitifully cute! Wouldn't you want one of thoooose?

10:52 pm: David's cell phone got stolen today by some ghetto freak! Ugh, I talked to the little twerp a few times to get information outta him, and when I told him that David is an 18 year old wrestler (to scare him and it's true!), he wouldn't believe me! David could so beat him up even though he probably shouldn't, but I mean, c'mon! It was a brand new camera phone:( My poor boy...

08:31 pm: Ahaha, I was reading some previous entries and I found something VERY interesting that I wrote on November 21, 2004. It reads:

" ok, lets go with red font for "love". alright...i'm just so darn curious about who i'm going to end up with in the future, and i want to skip all the dating and immature flirting and find *him*! i'm SO thankful that i know God because i know he has everything planned out and i definately dont have to worry, but i'm more like, impatient? that doesnt mean that i'm tired enough of waiting that i'm just going to date anyone for the heck of it, but i just want to be older and *know* who my future husbands going to be. hmm, i guess i do enjoy this age where i can be free and hang out with everyone i want to. yes, ok, it's fun now. in fact, there are people that i'd like to *get to know better*, and definately become good friends with for a long time. i'll just have to keep praying that God will keep my heart protected so i don't give any more of it away to the wrong people. melissa burned me Toby Mac's new cd! I"M SO HAPPY! that got me in a good mood at school.

i got real tired in Fraser Singers. we did our dances times 2, and one was for the video production team! what the heck.

HORRIBLE headache on the way home from tanning...took a 2 hour nap:D ate 4 taco's, apples and peanut butter, then went to...

...David's house:):) he = fun. his mom made brownies for me when i got there, that's the sweetest thing. i love her! i actually got home just a few minutes ago...he's cute.
